Chapter 112 (Harper Alizah Grace’s POV)
“We are heading back the palace the day after tomorrow, will you go with me?” He asked me. My l*ips formed into tight line, I don’t know if I can go back with him. “You will end the war between you and the vampires now, right?” I asked him. He slowly nodded while combing my hair using his f*inger.
“Yes. will you go with me?” He repeated. “I will but can you give me some time to talk to them,” he knew whom I’m talking about. “Okay, we will go there tomorrow.” That’s okay with me.
“Thank.” I thanked him, he just smile and have a peck on my l*ips. “Anyway,
I will leave with Lance this afternoon, but we will come back tonight. Be safe here and don’t go out okay?” I nodded my head.
“Okay, but where are you going?” I asked him. He smiled, “There’s something we need to take care of. You don’t need to worry about us, we can take care of ourselves.” Oh I see.
“Take care too.” He nodded. “I will, don’t miss me so much mate.” I laugh because of his confidence. He’s too full to himself. I playfully punch his stomach, “Maybe, It’s really you will miss me?” I joked.
“Yes, I will miss you.” He agreed causing me to laugh h*ard. How naive of him, “What time you will leave?” I asked. “Two in the afternoon.” So it’s only an hour from now? “What are you doing then? prepare.” I said as I sat down.
“I’m always ready mate, no need to prepare. Come on, let’s annoy Lance.”
I grinned, I thought at first him and Lance is not this close. But I guess I’m wrong, he can be this kind and sweet to others also.
“Alright.” I agreed. The two of us went outside the tent while holding each other’s hand. “Where we can find him?” I asked.
“Inside his tent, there.” he replied as he pointed the tent not so far from his. I see, “Okay then, let’s go.”
There’s a big smile on my l*ip, “Why would we annoy him today?” He glance at me. “Because he’s been such pain in the a*ss last week until now, so annoying.” He complain. Haha, “He’s annoying you? Maybe he just wanted to talk to you because you don’t want anyone to talk to you again?” I asked.
He chuckled, “You got it right. Since the night you left me alone in your old cabin, no one dared to talk to me.” That’s not unquestionable.
“I’m sorry about that, I just really need to go. I don’t mean to cause any harm,” I apologized. He nodded his head, “Yes. Just like what you said, that was already in the past, forget about it.”
“Thank you.”
“No worries. So here we are.” We barged inside Lance’s tent without saying anything, there, we saw him in his bed sleeping. Sleeping in the middle of the day? he’s surely got a peaceful day.
“Lance, your wife is here.” I said seriously causing him to woke up quickly. I bit my bottom l*ips to suppress my laugh, damn his reaction was hilarious. “Wh–Where?” Oh someone missed his wife.
“She’s outside,” My mate tag along. Lance get off his bed and rushed outside, this time we can’t hold our laughs anymore. So dumb of him… haha.
“I don’t expect him to believe you that quick.” he commented. I shrugged my shoulder and grinned, “That’s because I’m extraordinary.” I replied proudly. He chuckled and look on the entrance of the tent.
“You two were making fun of me, my wife is not here. So dumb of me, why my pregnant wife will be here.” I think he needs more sleep.
“Yes you are, but I can’t blame you. You just miss them, don’t worry we will be at home two days from now.”
“Right. But get out the two of you, I still need to sleep.” he said and go back to his bed. He buried his face on his pillow. My mate and I look into each other, “Let’s go, and let him
rest.” I said. He nodded his head and snake his hand around my waist. “Sure, shall we go and have a walk instead then?” I nodded.
“That’s better.” I answered and look to Lance, he’s looking on us with his bored expression.
“Bye lance, don’t worry, I think your mate and Matthew miss you too.” I said before leaving with my mate.
“I know that! and don’t flirt in front of me!” we heard him yelled, haha, what a bitter man.
“Why Keriza is with you?” I asked him. I don’t want to open this up but I’m really curious. He let out a sigh, “She insisted, she’s so annoying so I let her come.”
“She’s your first love right?” That makes him look at me. But then, he slowly nodded. “Yes, she is.” he admitted. “Why the two of you broke up?”
“Because she lied and cheated on me.” I blinked, she did? “How?”
“She’s not like that before, she’s sweet and caring but then a few years later, she suddenly change. She started to at clingy then one day, I just found out that she’s pregnant.” I swallowed h*ard.
“With your child?” He look at me, “No, with somebody else. It takes a lot of effort and time for me to understand why she did that to me.” I feel sorry for him, but he doesn’t deserve someone like her.
“She don’t really love me, she’s just using me to bring her family close to mine. Her mother was a manipulative woman, she’s a control freak. I don’t like what Keriza did but I pity her, I pity her for having such a mother like her.” All I can do is to nod.
“That was just some of the reason why we broke up, I let her go because I don’t want a toxic relationship.” No one wanted a toxic relationship. “Do you love her?”
“Let me rephrase that, yes I do loved her. She’s still part of my past, she once made me happy.” I understand him.
“I know at first that she’s not my mate, but I still love her. Maybe, I was at fault too because I love someone who know I know I can’t be mine.” He continued. I look down but he made me look at him, “But then I found you. You’re my second chance to me happy again. You might be not my first love, but you will be my last and forever.”
“Don’t think that you’re just an option, love. You’re my everything,” this time I couldn’t help but to smile.
“Okay, that’s all I want to hear.” I replied and give him a smile. He smiled back, “Oh wait, are you jealous of her?” My brow furrowed.
“With who?” I asked. He grinned widely, “With her, Keriza. She’s bothering you? don’t worry you won’t see her anymore when we go back.” Yeah, her presence is bothering me, she’s just his ex, that’s enough reason to make me think some things, right?
“No, she’s not.” I denied but he just grinned devilishly and gave me a meaningful look. He don’t believe me?
“Sure, as what you say so.” I narrowed down my eyes on him. Is he teasing me now? “Don’t bother to make fun of me, Zach.” I warned him but he just shrugged off his shoulder.
“You’re jealous, you love me that much?” argh, I hate him. “You better run now, I’m not kidding.” I said as I crossed my hand on my chest while raising an eyebrow.
“Why? you will chase me?”
“Yes, so go now. If I’ll catch you you’ll be dead.” I warned seriously but deep inside of me I’m laughing h*ard. “Then catch me, mate.” As he said that, he transformed into his werewolf. I wish I can join him with my wolf form. Someday I will, with a smile, I chased after him.
He run towards the woods, he’s really fast than normal wolves. He’s not the alpha king for nothing eh? I run closer to him, “You’re too slow.” I mocked him and grinned. He let out a loud growl and run faster. Triggered? haha.
We run in the same pace until we reached a cliff, a place where we can see the blue ocean. The two of us slowly down from running, I walked closer to his werewolf form. His too tall and beautiful, I caress his fur while smiling widely.
“So soft and beautiful,” I praised him. His wolf smile and growl lowly, he looks happy. I continue caressing his fur and look on the scene in front of us.
“Someday, we will have a run together.” I promised in my mind.
We stayed like that for an half hour before going back in the camp site. Instead of running, I hop in his back. Just a few minutes later, we reached the tent. He shifted into his human form without saying anything.
I quickly closed my eyes, damn he is naked. I heard him huskily laughed, “Why are you closing you eyes mate?” amusement can be heard in his voice. I pouted and slowly open my eyes, but it was a wrong move, he’s so close to me.
I frowned even more, “Are you seducing me by showing off your body?” I asked him. He grinned, “Why is it working?” I bit my l*ip to suppress my smile. Yeah, damn working.
“No, I’ve seen better.” I denied. He raised his eyebrow and bring his face closer to mine. “You always telling me that. You seen better but I’m the best.” My mouth slightly parted as look at him in disbelief. Whoa, the confidence.
“What? you cut your tongue. Just admit it mate, you love this body of mine.” This time I couldn’t help but to giggle. Damn with his confidence, but yes he’s right again. I love that body of him.
I stood up from the bed and walk closer to him, he watching me intently, maybe thinking what I’m planning to do. I smirked, I walk around him while t*ouching his shoulder. “Hmm, this body seems perfect enough…” I paused. I nodded repeatedly, “But there’s something missing.” He’s brow furrowed, “Missing?” he asked.
I grinned widely, “Yeah, this.” I pushed him h*ard causing him to fall into the bed. He looked shock but then smirked when he got a idea on what I’m planning to do. Enjoying now eh?
I slowly climb on the bed, then crawled above him. I place my hand above his abs then seductively smile at him. “Damn baby, are you seducing me?” He asked me hoarsely. “Sssshh, don’t talk.” I shush him by putting one of my f*inger on his l*ips.
“You don’t need to talk, let me do the work.” I’m just joking okay, I’m just teasing him. He slowly closed his eyes in pleasure when I started to caress his firm muscles. I can feel his strong member growing up on my tummy, I giggled in satisfaction.
“Do you love it?” He just nodded his head, eyes were still closed. I decided to went further, my l*ips made a contact on his neck, giving a butterfly like k*iss. I heard him groan in pleasure, that made me feel so proud. So, this is my effect on him? “Don’t stop..” he moaned. Gosh, I turn him on, a big time. I’m just teasing him, I stop k*issing his neck. He opened his eyes and look at me,
“Why did you stop?” he asked. I smile and give him an apologetically look. “I’m just teasing you.” I answered honestly. His jaw drop, then a few second of staring at me, his face darkened. Without saying a single word, he switched out position. He’s the one who’s above me now.
“You’re such a tease, love.” He said. I know, I said in my mind proudly. I’m a good seductress
“But you shouldn’t did that,” He bit his bottom l*ips. What now? he’s the one who’s seducing me? I grinned, “Why?” I asked bravely.

I arch my back to give him more access, “Damn baby, tell me to stop.” He whispered in between out k*iss.
How can I tell him to stop? I don’t want him to stop, not now.
