Skyler took a look, and sure enough, the people in the photo were Celeste and Mason
Skyler frowned but didn’t say anything
Kaylee was so pissed, “She hooks up with guys everywhere with her pretty face Im going to tell my brother right now!”
“Wait,” Skyler stopped her, “What can a single photo prove? They’re not holding hands or hugging If you send it to your brother, he’ll think you’re just trying to cause trouble for Celeste”

Kaylee liked Mason, so seeing him with another woman coming out of a hotel naturally stirred her up

Celeste was swamped with the Campbell family’s mess and recently dealt with a divorce from Liam. She wouldn’t have the energy to get tangled
up with other men.
If Adriana could get some substantial evidence, she could use it to confront Liam. But with just these few photos, no one with a brain would

“Alright,” Skyler comforted, “Don’t be mad. You’ve known Mason for so many years, don’t you know his character? He knows Celeste is your brother’s wife, how could he have feelings for her? You just recovered, don’t go running around all day.”
Seeing that Skyler had no intention of pursuing the matter, Kaylee was even more frustrated.
She agreed on the surface, but secretly came up with another plan.
On the way, Mason and Celeste went over some case details. The defamation case had very complete evidence, and the trial could start by the end of the month without any surprises.
Just after discussing the case, Steven called.
Celeste answered the phone, ‘Ms. Campbell, are you at the company yel? Remember your pre–employment physical today.”

Celeste explained, “I have a lawsuit that Mr. Fletcher is helping me with. We were just discussing the case.” Celeste paused and added, “Mr. Garcia, can we push the physical back a couple of days?”
“What’s wrong? Are you not feeling well?”
As Celeste turned the steering wheel, she said, “No, I had some drinks last night. It might affect the physical, so I’ll do it in a few days.”
Steven seemed a bit unhappy and took a while to respond, “Alright, where are you going now?”
“To the set. I’d taken a few days off, and if I don’t go now, Mr. Miller will replace me.”
“He won’t.” Steven chuckled softly. “Alright, have the physical in a couple of days, and someone will take you when you come to the company.”
“Okay.”
After Steven hung up, he noticed Nathan had been staring at him.
Steven frowned, “What’s with that look?”
“Mr. Garcia, do you personally call and remind people about physicals just after signing an artist?”
Steven glanced at him, “I just like cultivating talent, is that a problem?”
Nathan raised his eyebrows, already sure that his boss had taken a liking to Ms. Campbell.
After hanging up with Steven, Celeste turned to Mason and asked, “Mr. Fletcher, where’s your law firm? I’ll drop you off first.”
Instead of answering the question, Mason asked, “Are you still filming that Mastermind of Law?”
Celeste shook her head, “No.”
Mason suddenly became interested, “So, what role are you playing now?”
Celeste said, “With my looks, I’m definitely playing a queen.”
Mason was taken aback, then realized she was joking and couldn’t help but laugh. “That’s fitting”

Celeste was caught off guard, and then she laughed.
Mason was really good at complimenting people.
If he had just said she was beautiful, it would have been an ordinary compliment.
He was just stating a fact she already knew.
But by praising her indirectly, he made her very happy.
Celeste’s mood suddenly improved, “Actually, all the female actresses on the set are very beautiful. The director thinks I’m too young, so the makeup and hair are done to make me look more mature. With the added age, I appear more powerful and can better portray the role.”
Celeste wasn’t being deliberately modest. She really thought all the actresses were beautiful. There’s no standard for beauty, as long as someone looks good, they’re beautiful, regardless of their size.
Mason said, “Now that you mention it, I’m curious. Can I come and see?”
“Don’t you have to work?”
Mason smiled, “I don’t have much work today, so I can take a break.”
Celeste squinted her eyes, “Then I’ll take you to see. When you enter, just say you’re my assistant, and they’ll let you in.” She laughed, “There are several single actresses among our crew, maybe your lucky break is coming.”
Mason just smiled slightly without saying anything.
The makeup for Celeste’s queen role was very detailed, and Zach was very particular about it. He wouldn’t tolerate any mistakes in his work. So, Celeste’s makeup and hair always took the longest, almost two hours.
Since it was a public makeup room, there were many actresses inside, so Mason didn’t go in.
