As soon as she opened her mouth, everyone cracked up.
Mrs. Kelley joked, “There’s no comparison. My daughter doesn’t have the confidence of Ms. Campbell.”

Sienna glanced at Liam, passing the ball to her grandson.
“Liam, why don’t you give your opinion?”
After seriously looking at both paintings, Liam said, “Both have their merits. They’re both well done.”
Are all of you blind?
Just as Celeste was about to speak, a male voice suddenly came from behind.
“From a form perspective, Ms. Garcia is a bit better, but in terms of content, I think Celeste is a notch above.”
Everyone turned around to see Mason grinning “Grandma, happy birthday. I hope you don’t mind me judging these paintings”
Laughing, Sienna said, “If you can explain your reasoning, I won’t blame you.”
Mason replied gently, “I certainly have my reasons.”
Turning to the server holding Celeste’s painting, he said, “Could you please flip this painting over?”
The server was startled, “Flip it?”
“Yes, upside down.”
Although confused, the server complied.
When the painting was turned upside down, Liam instantly understood where Celeste’s confidence came from.
The painting looked remarkably like a portrait.
Someone in the crowd said, “Isn’t that a portrait of Sienna?”
Everyone took a second look, and indeed, it was Sienna.
The artist had clearly captured Sienna’s distinctive features – the small curls in her hair and prominent cheekbones when she smiled- unmistakable.
Surprised and delighted, Sienna exclaimed, “I can’t believe it’s me!”
“Wow, your wife is talented! You’ve been living with her for so long, how did you not know she could do this?” Nicolas said. “Mason brilliant, he figured out the secret in the painting right away.”
Liam retorted with a cold face, “If you don’t speak, no one would think you’re mute!”
Not far away, Hiram said thoughtfully, “Ms. Campbell is something else.”
Janis smiled and nodded, “Indeed, she’s not simple.”
She glanced at Steven, who was standing nearby. His face was indifferent, not showing much emotion.
Squinting, Celeste said, “Grandma, happy birthday”
Sienna laughed happily, “This is all so wonderful. You, kids, are so thoughtful. I’ll have someone hang these up later.”
Celeste didn’t say anything more
From the moment Clair proposed they paint together, she found it strange
Clair had plenty of opportunities to show off, why did she have to drag her into it? It seemed like she wanted to step on her to elevate
herself
Maybe she was overthinking, always assuming the worst about people.
Hopefully, she was just overthinking.
Clair was the daughter of the Garcia family; she could have anything she wanted, she had seen every kind of scene, and there was no need to step on others to build herself up
Mason walked over to Liam and Nicolas
Nicolas greeted him, “Mason, why are you so late? I thought you weren’t coming tonight”
Mason chuckled, “I’ve been swamped with cases. Lately, the office has been busy. I came a bit late. Otherwise, I would’ve missed such a spectacular performance.”
Celeste laughed, “If you hadn’t spoken up, no one would’ve figured it out I would’ve had to flip the painting, turning the surprise into a comedy show
In the years she’d been married to Liam, she had a lot of free time and picked up many random skills. She never thought they would come in handy.
“How did you leam to do this?” Mason was quite curious
“There was no particular method, I just figured it out *
Kaylee ran over and grabbed Mason’s arm, ‘Mason, dance with me.”
Mason whispered, ‘Find someone else, I just got here, I want to rest a bit
“Ill take you somewhere quiet to rest, Kaylee clung to his arm.
Mason frowned, about to speak, when Liam handed a fruit platter to Kaylee
“Take Mason to rest, get some more food and drinks”
Kaylee was thrilled, her brother was finally helping her pursue Mason
Excitedly, she said, “Thanks”
After saying that, she took the fruit platter and led Mason toward the lake
Many people were around, and Kaylee was holding many things. Mason felt terrible pushing her away, so he let her lead him.
Nicolas didn’t understand, “Didn’t you oppose Kaylee pursuing Mason before? Why are you helping her now?”
“Did I oppose it?” Liam sipped his juice and said calmly, “Mason is a decent man, I think he would be a good brother–in-law
Celeste thought Liam should look at his sister’s behavior, she was not worthy of Mason.
