Luna Reborn by Juliet Swanson Chapter 25

Chapter 25
I attempted to process the events, that just transpired, as I turned to face the blank landscape in my gaze.
I was able to draw out the jungle’s tree in the background, which ringed the wide expanse and gave it the appearance like an arena.
But that time, compared to the previous one, I discovered that I could walk. I then started to move around.
However, ahead of me when I got too much further, a loud roar burst across the space beyond me, so I instantly shifted in that direction. I noticed a massive black wolf in front of me, bending around a human which was laying on the ground.
My chest suddenly sank, once I became aware of the events I was witnessing.
I forced myself to maintain my momentum, as I made my gradual approach. As much as I was considering turning around, I was required to examine it, in order to make sure it wasn’t precisely what I had assumed it to be. I experienced the sensation of my feet getting lifeless with each movement I made.
Following that, with its muzzle smeared by a viscous substance that I instantly recognize as blood, the black wolf swung backwards and started to go toward my path. Yet I tried to avoid looking too intently as we passed each other, fortunately, he also refused to face me as I walked.
I recalled the familiar sensation of appearing unseen to others within the vision, just like I experienced it in the previous moment. I

understood that I was not taking part, just watching. I was also not supposed to be present when the thing occurred. Nevertheless, I should watch it for some reason.
I was required to see the results of my sin.
‘I beg you, I don’t want to see that again,‘ I pleaded silently to myself. ‘I really regret the things that I performed.‘
I looked over at Bash’s corpse with sobbing, as his palms attempted to push against an injury near his throat. I was not sure why he was there rather than in jail.
Nevertheless, I was aware that I couldn’t save his life. I did not require a medical professional to recognize that his damage was going to be deadly. I crouched next to Bash and started to softly brush his hair, as I watched him spit blood within an effort to get some air. Even though I was certain it wasn’t the actual thing, my action seemed to ease my grief in a certain way.
He looked older, more mature, 21 years old or so. Although the hair was shorter and somewhat a bit scruffy, he maintained the identical very odd–colored eyes. I noticed black bags beneath his eyes that appeared to have developed as time passed. I was certain that the intense stress, he had been subjected to for a long period of torment, was what has caused it.
I was the one who was making him in that way. He was doomed to this, to struggle for breathing, whereas the rest of the universe got on. I had never seen such a visage before, but I would subsequently be incapable of letting go of it.
“I apologize,” I sobbed, letting the water from my eyes drop on Bash. “I apologize.”
He spitted blood again, so I knew he started to lose his strength.

He didn’t have much time left. I sobbed over his palm as I snatched it close to my cheek, holding it with my fingers.

“I was ignorant before. However, I’m with you now. I apologize.”
My pupils widened in reaction, as I abruptly felt the palm slip out of grasp as he touched my face. Then with complete surprise…
I saw that he was looking directly at me.
I resisted the impulse to turn and check around, to look if another person was present nearby, while his bright eyes fixed themselves on me. Then, I was able to sense the warmth of his palm and the pressure of his fingers along my face. He noticed me, so this was not a vision.
“Winona,” he muttered.
“Yes,” I answered.
I was unsure of what to say to respond. I was still shocked by everything. I was left with no choice but to look over at his
uncertainty. Had anything altered or was it still another moment of the vision?
“Winona,” Bash said my name once again.
“Bash? Have you noticed me?”
I encircled the palm he utilized to stroke my face with my fingers. Perhaps he was too frail to notice me.
“Winona.”
I gave him a grimace. He kept attempting to call my name and it started to appear like the man couldn’t see me.

“Are you not hearing me? I am here.”
Once he eventually seemed to see me, his pupils kept looking at mine with intensity. I noticed that his face turned worried.
Why was he worrying about me? The only person who was passing away was him.
“Winona, get up!”
“Huh…?”
Get up?
The scene abruptly faded, then I found myself staring toward Bash, while he was bending around my body with a worried expression on his visage. I could feel his palm on my face as I let out a couple of sobs, exactly as it appeared in my vision.
Did he really not spot me at the time he was dying? Was it only a blending of the two worlds during the changeover? That was truly a terrifying experience, when I was forcing to meet him in such a
way.
“Winona?” Bash inquired, when noticing that I was growing more
aware.
That was overwhelming. Everything was. My extremely frail body, an evil spirit which was returning to torment me, also needed to see everything with my own eyes. I couldn’t continue it any further.
As I encircled his body by my hands, I was dragging him closer into me. He had to move swiftly to hold himself with his hands, so that he wouldn’t crush me in the unexpected contact. But I didn’t care less. It wouldn’t have sufficed, even if he had shattered each bone on my entire body.
Failing to grasp what just occurred, I sobbed into his chest. Each day, the blessing seemed to grow increasingly such as a curse. Was it truly essential to see everything that was shown?
As a result of my ignorance, Sebastian Williams would pass away lonely. If anything didn’t change, then it would be his destiny, so I was not required to be informed of that. That was different from Ava, where I could see what actually occurred in the vision and had an advantage. It seemed more like I was being punished.
I let go of him after I had completely controlled myself, then we sat up. My entire body was still aching because of my workout, meanwhile the bags under my eyes were swollen and bloated.
“I’m so sorry, Bash,” I muttered once again.
“Actually, you could have brought that up once, twice, or multiple times,” he playfully remarked.
But I was unable to return the grin as he offered me as a joke.
“I’m so bewildered, Winona. Please explain to me exactly what is going on?” He sipped from the water bottle while sitting down beside me. His face had a little grimace when he tried to understand what had happened. “Is that similar to a health issue you hold? Although the lids remained open… it appeared as though you were still sleeping.”
I gave a headshake. “I’m quite well right now. Sorry for making you anxious.”
I tried to offer him the most comforting smile I could give.
“Stop it, Winona,” Bash abruptly started with a tone of anger in his voice. “Evidently, you’re not feeling well. Stop giving me the same nonsense. Your relationship with Benjamin and anything else were

truly not acceptable. If you ignore me again, I’ll take you over to your mother right away and report to her what I have observed.”
I became drowsy Once he told my mom about it, she would imprison me in the hospital for gending some tests. My throat tightened with shame from whnessing Bash in this state, because I was aware that I had irritated him. He was really concerned and needed to understand the leeue
