My Rich Hot and Infertile (Or Maybe Not) Husband Chapter 503

Chapter 503
Chapter 503
But Liam didn’t let go, instead tightening his grip, “Are you going to date Steven?”
“It’s none of your business who I date, hurry up and call Owen to pick you up!”
Liam frowned, not responding to Celeste’s words, “What do you see in Steven? He’s so effeminate.”
Celeste didn’t know what to say.
Since when was Steven effeminate? This man, when he’s drunk, not only talks nonsense but also spreads rumors.
Seeing Celeste not speaking, Liam became unhappy, “How am I worse than him?”
He was like a stubborn child, insisting that she give a reason.
Celeste, annoyed by his earlier nonsense at the dinner table, glared at him and said, “You’re worse than him in every way. You’re not as good looking, you’re too sarcastic, and you’re especially stingy. How can you compare to him?”
Liam seemed to have a hard time accepting this answer, and after a while, he finally asked, ‘Am I stingy with you?”
Liam was, of course, not stingy with her. His credit card had no limit for her, and no matter how much she spent, he never questioned it.
If someone doesn’t demand too much emotionally, Liam is a good marriage partner.
But when she thought about leaving the marriage penniless, even Liam’s generosity didn’t seem like a plus anymore.
She glared at Liam and said, “Isn’t it stingy to make me leave the marriage penniless?”
Of course, she wasn’t really holding a grudge about that. She had chosen to leave the marriage penniless, but she just wanted to take advantage
of his drunken state to tease him and vent her frustration. After all, he wouldn’t remember any of it the next day.
Liam frowned and suddenly took out his phone.
Celeste thought he was calling Owen, so she didn’t pay attention.
Soon they reached the ground floor and waited for a while, but Owen didn’t show up. Celeste turned to Liam, “Didn’t you call Owen?”
Liam shook his head.
Celeste took a deep breath and dialed Owen’s number.
After the phone rang for a while, Owen finally answered.
“Owen, Mr. Reed is drunk. We’re at Cuisine Cascade, can you come pick him up?”
“I’m tied up with something urgent and can’t leave. Could you please help send Mr. Reed home?” Owen’s voice sounded a bit breathless, as if he was really busy
“Owen, we’re divorced. I don’t have an obligation to help him.”
Owen hesitated for a moment, “Ms. Campbell, please help Mr. Reed get a taxi and ask the driver to take him back to Pinecrest Manor. I really
can’t leave.”
After Owen hung up, Celeste looked at Liam, who was still holding her hand tightly, and frowned as she called a taxi.
As the car arrived, Celeste immediately opened the door, trying to stuff Liam in, but he refused to get in.
Celeste struggled for a while but still couldn’t get Liam into the car.
The driver was getting a bit impatient, “Are you guys getting in or what?”
Celeste glared at the annoying person in front of her and gritted her teeth, “Fine, let’s go!”
Then the taxi took the two of them to Pinecrest Manor,
After getting out of the taxi, Celeste paid the fare and told the driver to wait for a bit while she dropped off the person.
It seemed like the nanny wasn’t home, and the lights were off.
Celeste entered the password to unlock the door and casually told Liam, “Take off your shoes.*
After that, she pressed the light switch.
The room had just lit up when Celeste immediately turned off the lights again.
What the heck was that?!
