My Rich Hot and Infertile (Or Maybe Not) Husband Chapter 405

Chapter 405
Angel looked clueless when she turned around and saw the content on the big screen, her face instantly went pale
The stuff shown on the screen was ridiculous and messed up, ruining everyone’s moral compass.
But unfortunately, all these things had indeed happened to Angel
She had built up her image for so long, deceiving everyone and gaining much sympathy How could Angel’s fans forgive her for this kind of deception when they saw her image go bankrupt right before their eyes?
In a place like Ivory Tower, students have relatively simple experiences and straightforward emotions, and many of them demand that Angel leave the school.
People threw water bottles, fruits, and even shoes at her. One shoe, in particular, was thrown super accurately and hit Angel right in the face, causing her nose to bleed profusely.
The school leaders quickly asked the teachers and staff to maintain the scene, and Quantum’s team also hurriedly pulled the now hated Angel offstage
Wesley quickly contacted the PR team to handle the incident, as it was his project, and he would be responsible for any issues.
All parties acted quickly, and within two minutes, the big screen went dark, though the students below were still very excited and refused to leave, even protesting more intensely.
Celeste stood on the side, watching this farce with a cold eye.
Liam turned to look at her.
Celeste calmly glanced back at him.
“Liam,” Mason whispered after running up to the stage at some point, “take Celeste and leave first in my car. The students are gehing too aggressive, and some of them are already blocking vehicles. If we wait any longer, it’ll be hard to leave.”
Liam pursed his lips, hesitated for a moment, and then said. “Owen, you take her with Mason first”
Owen said, “I’ll come back with another car to pick you up later.”
Liam didn’t speak, just handed Celeste the sunglasses from his pocket and turned to take the microphone.
“Everyone, please calm down and listen to me…”
As soon as he started speaking, a bottle of paint was thrown at him, splashing bright red paint all over his expensive suit and even some on his face. He pursed his lips and continued, “Please listen to me.”
Celeste’s nervous when she saw Liam’s embarrassment, and she wanted to go over to him, but Mason stopped her. “Liam can handle this. If you stay here, he’ll be distracted and worried about you.”
Mason was right. The people throwing things at the scene weren’t even sure if they were students anymore, and the media was frantically snapping pictures. The anger that had been directed at Angel was now turning into a rage at Quantum’s credibility collapse.
Her staying wouldn’t help him, and might even become a burden.
Celeste took a deep breath and whispered, “Thanks, Mr. Fletcher.”
Owen and Celeste left in Liam’s car, and as they passed the entrance, they saw many people surrounding the cars from Quantum.
There were students, but even more media.
She looked away and finally said, “Owen, bring a change of clothes when you pick him up later”
Owen responded
The ride was silent
