Zora’s POV
“Used goods don’t stay in the harem. It seems there’s a mistake bringing you Lunas here,” the brunette loudly said, making me wonder what her problem was with us Lunas.
“The Dark Lord Alpha already got himself a favorite. That favorite isn’t you,” she continued as she got closer to me.
She added, “It’ll be wise to bow your head because I’m the one in charge here.”
What she said made me smile because I didn’t think that she was worthy of my response. I didn’t want to waste any of my breath on her because I could see how jealous and insecure she was. She obviously would be worried. After all, us Lunas were the first Lunas to enter the harem.
“Can’t you speak?!” the brunette yelled at me.
Frankly, I didn’t want to hurt this bitch. However, Monica was already growling inside of me as she prepared herself for a fight. It made me worried about the brunette because I could easily rip her to pieces.
“I guess the Lunas are scared,” the brunette said loudly so that everyone could hear her, definitely her way to show that she dominated us.
“Don’t mistake our silence with fear,” Kara calmly told the brunette.
I knew that Kara wasn’t as patient as I was. Not only that, she was also a warrior.
“If I were you, I would just walk away,” Eloise added, making me smile.

“I would listen to the two of them had it been me,” I made the last
statement.
However the brunette woman just smirked. As she looked at me, she said, “I’ll make your lives here a living hell. After all, I’ve got the Alpha’s ears. I’ll assure you that he’ll make you suffer!”
Obviously, I became a problem to her because I belonged to the Alpha, while Kara belonged to the Beta and Eloise was the Gamma’s. After that, the brunette and her sidekicks walked away from us Lunas. I could feel that the others felt sorry for us. As soon as the brunette and her group left, a red-haired girl approached the three of us.
“Hi, my name is Neva. I was an Alpha’s daughter before I was brought here.” Neva introduced herself as she looked at me.
“I’ve heard that you’re the Alpha’s harem. You’re actually the first Luna to make it there. All three of you. Usually, Lunas are sent to the service. Also, you guys have to be careful with Cindy. She does have the Alpha’s ears. That woman could have him do things to you by lying against you. She’s done it to several of us. We guess that the Alpha does sleep with her, but we’ll never know about it,” she continued, but the last part really hit me because that was exactly the harem’s goal.
“What do you mean by you guessing that he sleeps with her?” I asked Neva, making the girl smile.
“I know we may call it harem, but they never touch us. The Alpha, Beta, and Gamma don’t sleep with us. We’re hopeful th at it’ll happen someday. Yet, it doesn’t. We just keep them company, throw parties and do all the fun stuff, except sex. That’s all,” Neva told us, which sounded very interesting.
After that, I looked at Kara and grinned because the Beta seemed to have broken his personal code with her. Meanwhile, the woman blushed as she knew what I thought of.

“Thanks for the heads up, Neva. I really appreciate it,” I thanked her, then us Lunas started to serve ourselves with food.
Suddenly, three maids came to us as if they were in a hurry.
“Madams, sorry. We’re not supposed to bring you here,” the maid who led me here said.
Before the maid spoke any further, Cindy already cut.
“I knew it. There’s no way we’ve got a place for used goods here!” she said, making her sidekicks laugh.
“The Alpha wants you to join him at his table,” the maid then continued, making me wish to let out a grin because of the silence that immediately happened in this place.
Then, I realized that the other two maids were sent for Kara and Eloise. The three of us would join the Alpha, Beta, and Gamma to have breakfast. It seemed that we had been leveled up. After that, I looked at Neva who se em ed shocked and gave the girl a smile.
“She comes with me,” I told the maids, but my maid looked like she wanted to protest to no avail because I wouldn’t move.
“I’ll stay here, Luna. The Alpha never sends for anyone. This is the first time. It’ll be bad if we upset him,” Neva humbly said.
I just let her not because I was afraid of her. Rather, I noticed that she was frightened.
“Just this once then. Next time, you’ll eat with us, Neva,” I responded to her as I stood up.
The women no longer looked at us contemptuously. Now, they looked very scared as well as worried because Cindy made them misbehave.
“Don’t be afraid, ladies. I won’t tell,” I assured them, seeing them looking

But Cindy’s eyes were different as her eyes were burning with hatred. It was a pleasure meeting all of them. After that, we were led to a small dining table. When the three of us walked in, the men at the table were at full attention. The Alpha looked at me with approval, while the Beta gestured to Kara to join him. She went quickly to the Beta’s side. Meanwhile, both Eloise and I took our time to join the men we were paired to.
“Good morning, Alpha,” I greeted Darius and went ahead to greet the Beta and the Ga m ma.
My friends also did the same.
“Just call me Darius,” he whisp ered to my ear, which made me swallow my saliva.
The man then gently lifted my hair off my shoulder only to see my mark.
“It seems that your husband hasn’t let you go,” the man remarked as he quietly growled.
“Give him time, Alpha. He’s still grieving,” I responded to him, not wanting my sacrifice to be nothing.
If Darius really went after Casey, the former would definitely kill the latter. I didn’t want that to happen. Again, I pleaded as he growled, “Please, Alpha. Give him time.”
“For your sake, I’ll ignore it for now,” he told me as he poured me my juice.
