After finishing the rest of the strawberry, Celeste said leisurely. “As a divorced woman, how can I compete with these socialites and attract the attention of young talents if I don’t dress a bit revealing?”

Wesley was happy to take on this task, “Ms Garcia, please”
Clair lowered her head. “Maybe next time, the birthday banquet is about to start, we need to celebrate grandma’s birthday”
Wesley smiled, not in a hurry, “That’s fine, we’ll have plenty of opportunities in the future.”

There’s a lake in the park of Ruby Lake
This was a man–made lake, the water was very clear because it was constantly maintained, so the water quality was excellent, you could see the bottom of the lake at a glance.
Lights were installed at the bottom of the lake; when they lit up at night, you could see the fish, shrimp, and crabs at the bottom.

Celeste loved small animals and wanted to keep them, but Liam was allergic to pet hair and didn’t agree. He told her to ditch it pronto

But she didn’t believe him at all back then. She thought Liam was just being cold–hearted, trying to pull the wool over her eyes with lies.
Who would help take care of such a tiny pup in such a big park?
The next day, she brought a box to catch it and took it to a pet shop to find it a home
But after searching for a whole day, she couldn’t find it. She thought the little puppy, still being weaned, was probably gone for good.
