Chapter 577
“My house is at-” Trisha was cut off by Nicolas, who covered her mouth.
He squinted warningly. “Giving out your address like that–aren’t you afraid someone will sell you?”
Trisha struggled a bit but couldn’t move. She leaned weakly against Nicolas.
Jace watched this and suddenly asked, “Is she really your relative?”
“Yes,” Nicolas responded without hesitation.
Jace smiled. “She said she never had a boyfriend; quite innocent.”
Nicolas paused.
As a man, he knew exactly what Jace meant.
Jace, a playboy, cared a lot about whether a girl was a virgin.
Nicolas didn’t mind before; what others liked was none of his business
But hearing it now, he felt a bit upset.
Trisha’s first time was with him, even though it was an accident, but that didn’t mean she wasn’t innocent.
Nicolas glanced at him and said, “My cousin is very naive. If you mess with her, I won’t let you off.”
Jace chuckled. “I’m not interested in immature little girls.”
Nicolas didn’t say anything more, picked up Trisha, and left the room
Early the next morning, Celeste was up.
Trisha was brought back by Nicolas at one in the morning and was still resting. Celeste didn’t wake her up.
Tomorrow is Sienna’s birthday party, and she can’t make a mistake with the gift.
Time quickly came to the day of the birthday party.
The party will be held at night because there’s a fireworks show, which is better to watch at night.
Originally, Celeste was supposed to plan the party. But before it was Sienna’s birthday, she divorced Liam.
Skyler quickly took over.
Valeria naturally wouldn’t back down.
If Skyler arranged the venue, she would organize the program.
Since Sienna didn’t specify anyone, they all fought for it, hoping to get a piece of the cake.
Skyler was furious, but there was nothing she could do. Because neither she nor Valeria were Sienna’s designated people.
They could only show their strengths, make the birthday party beautiful, and then reward them based on their performance.
“How is it? Are you satisfied?”
Mrs. Kelley followed Skyler, pointing to the garden full of roses and asking with a smile.
Skyler curled her lips. “How could I not trust you?”
Sienna likes peach blossoms, but the season for peach blossoms was over. Mrs. Kelley remembered the birthday party early, and these roses were specially brought from other places, costing a lot of money
Skyler sighed. “It’s a pity that we couldn’t invite Mr. Hilliard.”
“Mr. Hilliard hasn’t been on stage for ages, so it’s no biggie if we can’t invite him. Valeria didn’t manage to get him either. We’re no worse off than her.”
Pausing for a second, she said, “Sienna was even thinking about entrusting such a big event to Celeste. Thank God she didn’t–a love child marrying into the Reed family–that’s really a bit much.”
Every time Celeste was brought up and Skyler remembered the coffee incident, his face would darken.
Mrs. Kelley noticed Skyler’s change in complexion and quickly changed the subject.
“The Garcia family’s daughter showed up today; I caught a glimpse of her earlier; she’s really quite a looker and well–mannered. Liam’s divorce came just in time.”
