“No big deal, she just caught a cold. She took some medicine and went to bed” Skyler said
Celeste muttered silently in her mind. “Serves you right.” and then expressed concern, saying, “Should I call M- Francis? He was there last night, so he should know what happened, right?”
“No, it’s fine.” Skyler didn’t want to ask outsiders about their family matters. She arranged to meet with Celeste tomorrow, and then hung up.

Since she had to meet Skyler, Celeste didn’t drive and took a taxi instead.
