Somehow, she thought that this was a good thing. However, I highly doubted that it would be good based on what I learned about the Dark Lord Alpha. After we took baths, the maids put us in a s exy sheer silk gown. They then led us to a tiny room that was brightly lit.
It had a small dining table that could only seat about eight people. The reason I called the dining table small was because I saw a huge dining table when we walked through the hall. Although I hadn’t stopped to count the chairs, my guess was the table could fit twenty two people.
On the table, there were lots of dishes. Soon enough, we were asked to eat. Not only that, the maids also gave us a time frame. We only had one hour to put these dishes in our mouths. Since us Lunas weren’t very hungry, we ate little. Once the meal was finished, the maids separated us as they brought us to the separate wings in the castle. The three of us were able to use mind-link because we weren’t chained with silver.
The moment I entered the room that was meant for me, I took a deep breath. Everything that happened and where I came from was still fresh in my mind. I couldn’t help but feel nervous because I had no idea what it felt to live in the north. Still, I really wished Casey to be okay. I really hoped that my husband would just move on and forget me because I would never go back to him if the Dark Lord Alpha ever freed me.
After that, I sat on a couch in this room as I was waiting for what would happen. Not long after, I could hear the doorknob turning. I wasn’t very surprised to see the Dark Lord Alpha, Darius I land, enter the room. Even though his presence was really pressuring me, I managed to stand my ground
Unlike when the Alpha was in the throne room, this man didn’t wear luxurious clothes. Instead, Darius wore a loosely fitted cotton shirt that he didn’t even button all the way up. He paired it with shorts. He might look very pleasing, but I wasn’t fooled by his looks.

I still stood up as I looked at him. Meanwhile, Darius sat down on the single chair in the room. He then checked the se xy outfit the maids put on

“You look bold,” he commented, but I kept quiet as I chose to show a tough front.
Darius then asked me, “Do you know what happens to people who looked me directly in the eyes without my permission?”
“Teach me then,” I retorted, causing him to laugh at me.
Again, he asked me, “How old are you?”
“I’m 24 years young,” I replied half-heartedly, prompting him to smile at
me.
“A mature, bold, and beautiful woman.” he made a remark while he rose from his seat to walk toward me.
“No woman has ever caught my attention before. Tell me, Green Eyes, why did you give yourself up?” he asked me as he got closer to me.
“Well, it’s better than letting your men destroy everything and everyone I care about,” I simply answered, making him smile again.
“Truly a Luna material. Casey Grade chose well. Too bad he’s too weak for a woman like you,” he gently told me, but I didn’t say anything.
The Alpha then said something that made me sigh out of relief, “Calm down. I won’t use you for that kind of purpose.”

Suddenly, Darius moved so fast that I couldn’t even see it coming. He immediately choked me gently with his hands as he looked at my eyes.

Still, I maintained eye contact with the Alpha even though my heart beat fast. My wolf also panicked as she thought that we had overstepped.
