Chapter 665
Celeste strolled out of the dorm, expecting to be intercepted by the gatekeeper, but instead, she breezed through the main gate.
Just as she reached the gate, the headlights of a distant car suddenly lit up.
A car slowly drove up, the door swung open, and Liam turned his head to look at her.
“Get in.”
Celeste didn’t move. 1 came out to tell you to get lost! Don’t cause trouble here!”
Liam glanced at Owen, who immediately honked the car horn twice.
The loud noise was particularly prominent on the empty road at night.
A security guard stuck his head out of the gatekeeper’s room and yelled, “What the hell are you guys doing? Why aren’t you back in the dorm?”
After he spoke, he shone a flashlight over, making Celeste feel nervous. She quickly scrambled into the car
Owen quickly locked the car door.
Not far away, Naomi’s eyes widened.
This was outrageous, has she lost her marbles?
She was meeting a man late at night!
Naomi took many pictures of the Mercedes, intending to capture the number plate, but the car quickly drove away
Celeste got in the car and turned to look at Liam “Why are you here in the middle of the night?”
Liam didn’t answer and just leaned over.
Celeste was startled and tried to block him. But Liam’s hand circled her chest, lastened her seat belt, and then he told Owen, “Drive”
Collecting herself, Celeste frowned, “We have roll call tomorrow, where the hell are you taking me?”
Liam said, “There’s some unfinished business from last time, let’s wrap it up, or it’ll keep nagging at me
Celeste was taken aback
Did this jerk want to get back at her for locking him out last time? Is he tricking her so he can dump her on the roadside?
Liam seemed to see through her thoughts, glanced at her, and said, “Relax, I won’t dump you on the roadside.”
Celeste was left somewhat speechless by his reply
Just by rolling her eyes, he already knew what she was thinking.
Celeste said, “Just spit it out. Tell me how you want to get back at me, so I can brace myself”
Liam frowned. “Do I seem like the type to hold grudges?”
This gave Celeste an opportunity
“Aren’t you? When my lipstick got on your shirt, you just threw it away. Isn’t it obvious?”
Liam said, “If the shirt can’t be cleaned, shouldn’t I throw it away?”
“Why did you have to throw away my lipstick too?”
He glanced at her, The lipstick was ruined, shouldn’t it be replaced? Didn’t Owen buy you a whole set later?”
Celeste’s heart pounded.

“When did you buy me a whole set? Are you messing with me because I have a bad memory?”
Liam frowned at Owen.
Owen said, “When I gave it to you, you were angry and didn’t want anything from Mr. Reed, so you gave it to Ms. Kaylee”
A vague memory surfaced in her mind
Apparently, there was a time when she had an argument with Liam, and a few days later Owen brought a box, saying it was something Liam bought while on a business trip.
