Chapter 78 Your Taste Is Not That Good
The car stopped in front of the restaurant, and Matthew turned to Freya. “As a friend, can I invite you to have a meal?”
The two got out of the car and entered the restaurant. It was 5 p.m. and the restaurant had just opened. He had reserved a table by the window in advance.
After ordering their food, she sat there and she seemed to sense something.

Matthew followed Freya’s gaze and saw Radley. He chuckled. “What is your ex-husband doing here? For a dinner date?”
She lowered her voice. “Matthew, don’t be a show-off.”
The dishes were served one by one, and Matthew was very attentive by cutting the steak for Freya and pushing it in front of her.
The atmosphere was made very ambiguous by him.
She was a little flustered when she saw Radley and didn’t pay attention to these details.
Not far away, Radley sat at the table and his face was cold.
Just then, the chair opposite him was pulled out, and Chris sat down. “What are you looking at?”

Radley found the term “ex-wife” extremely irritating and gave him a cold glance.
“Is your ex-wife dating Matthew?” As a longtime friend of Radley’s, Chris was quite fearless. He laughed. “I’ve heard of Matthew’s reputation even in Vroria. Your ex-wife’s taste is not that good.”

Chris stopped talking and began to discuss the joint project between their two families with Radley.
He ate lazily and said, “Hey, I heard my grandfather and father talking about the Monaghan Group’s
branch in Vroria being targeted by the Marshalls.”

“Aren’t you someone who always gets revenge? No one had provoked the Monaghan Group in recent years. Why are you letting the Marshalls bully you this time?”
When the Marshalls snatched the first project from their branch in Vroria, Radley knew what their goal
was.
He had originally planned to let the Marshalls stop there, but as he learned more about his marriage in the past two years, he hesitated.
He did owe Freya those two years.
Freya was the cherished child of both the Kaufmanns and the Marshalls. Although the Marshalls had retaliated, as long as they didn’t injure anyone, he would choose to ignore it.
Chris was surprised to see Radley remain silent. “Are you not going to deal with the Marshalls?”
“Eat your food!”
Freya and Matthew were eating but she felt a little troubled.

Danna greeted Chris and looked toward Radley. She had finally managed to find out that Radley had reserved a table here, and had intentionally come to have a chance encounter with him.
She hadn’t had a chance to see him since they broke up.
Although Star Media still provided her with resources, she still had doubts in her heart.

He looked up and saw the figures not far away. Matthew was putting his coat on Freya. He turned his gaze
to Danna. “Have a seat.”

The sound of Radley’s knife scraping against the plate was car-piercing.
After Danna sat down, she smiled and said to Radley, “Let me help you cut it. Your hands are for signing documents, not for this.”
Chris observed Danna’s coy look and couldn’t help but smirk.
Radley’s taste in women wasn’t that great. Was it because he had too little exposure to women that he liked this kind of woman?
